The West Homewood Farmers Market is open every Tuesday from 5 pm to 8 pm. Be sure to mark your calendars for a family friendly market featuring over 40 vendors, food trucks, live entertainment and we always have the sprinkler going for the kids!

The West Homewood Farmers Market is slated to have one of our greatest seasons yet. We are moving the entertainment and food vendors to the side of our parking lot and have added more space to feature more vendors. Come have dinner and shop for your fruits and veggies from local farms. The market will also feature specialty growers, baked goods, arts and crafts, activities for kids, live entertainment. and so much more.

Check-out our Interactive Vendor Map below. Know who's coming to the market and where you can find them. The market is located at 160 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL 35209 nestled right in the center of the West Homewood neighborhood and parking is very easy. If there are no spots in the market's parking lot try the many lots in the surrounding area. Also, please do not park on both side of the neighborhood streets.

Get ready to shop for every kind of vegetable and fruit from Alabama's best local farms. Many times the items you're buying are picked that very morning. Come learn straight from the farmer or producer themselves. You won't find a better experience in stocking up for the week.

COVID Measures: The West Homewood Farmer's Market follows the guidance of the State of Alabama and local authorities. The market normally features over 70 vendors and we have reduced that number in half to provide a full booth space in between most vendors. Mask will not be required but you're welcome to wear them.

The West Homewood Farmer's Market is a family-friendly market where no alcohol is served and kids have as much fun as the adults. We are not having kid's planned activities again this summer due to COVID but we will have a good-'ole fashioned sprinkler set-up. Bring your little ones dressed in something where they can get soaked. You'll love the photos you can capture! It's simply a hose with a sprayer on the end... nothing fancy but the kids love it.

July 5th: Live Entertainment:

The Clay States

It's not uncommon for first-time audiences of The Clay States to glance around the venue a song or two into a set, as if to reassure themselves that they're still in the same place - or the same era - as they were just minutes before. The Alabama-based duo's stories come from the past straight and undiluted. Yet, there is also a refreshing disparity in their uninhibited songwriting with each release dovetailed together with oaring vocal harmony. The unmistakable pair of voices, belonging to married couple Stephen and Lauren Collins, melt slowly in the ears, leaving lyrics to be thought over long after the songs end. It's tempting to describe the Collins' as a pair mystics, as their songs evoke the seasons of life lived in remote farms and woods of Alabama, and render an emotional topography so palpable that it translates to any human in any place.

Come hear The Clay States on Tuesday night from 6 pm to 8 pm!

Check out one of their earlier performances playing for TEDx here.
